Lapstone & Hammer accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that high-heat releases and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and shoe boxes are undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Order

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
